Demonstrable ability to produce clear documentation, designs and specifications Identify existing process and procedural problems and assist in the implementation of solutions as needed. Effectively coordinate and communicate issue resolutions with end-users. Utilizes agile delivery methodologies and participates on scrum teams in execution of solution delivery projects. Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time.
