Must have Below Network Technical Project Manager: 8-9 years of experience in Network Project Management Experience leading Network projects with 6 months to 1 year in project duration. Preferred Skills: The ideal candidate will have experience implementing some or all of the following Network Services: Remote Access Service (RAS) VPN connectivity Cisco AnyConnect Web Content Filtering (WCF) SD-WAN Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint) Demonstrated experience with Portfolio Management tools (Clarizen) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Candidates need to fill below skill matrix. Qualification Rating (1=beginner, 5=expert) Years Experience Must Have Skills Experience in Network Project Management Experience leading Network projects Cloud Networking experience Responsible for delivering small to large network projects on-time, on budget, while meeting functional and quality specifications Experience building and managing complex project schedules using MS Project Adept in stakeholder management and executive communication and presentation skills Responsible for communicating project progress through meeting documentation, status updates, leadership meetings, and project schedules. Manages issues, risks, and changes using appropriate and agreed upon processes and tools established by the IT PMO Escalates appropriately to senior stakeholders with required actions/decisions Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project team members to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects Ability to partner with IT Resource managers to determine resource allocations for projects Manages and ensures resources are entering the appropriate forecasted hours to projects and adjusts allocations as needed during each phase of the project.
