Experience with .Net application development in a DevOps environment is highly desired. 2 - 3 years of professional experience in administration of ESRI GIS software is highly desired. 2 - 3 years of experience with Enterprise Architecture is required. Microsoft Azure certification is highly desired. Specifics: The knowledge, skills, and abilities desired for this position include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Strong analytical skills to determine an organization's needs, develop strategies to meet those needs, and evaluate effectiveness. 2. Ability to categorize work, set priorities, and determine short and/or long-term goals and strategies to achieve them. 3. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems effectively regardless of technology platform 4. Able to easily convey knowledge to others. 5. Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, and multicultural business environment 6. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure Services. 7. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Server products. 8. In-depth knowledge of Linux (Redhat and Ubuntu). 9. Strong grasp of IT infrastructure and application development technology and architectures. 10. Knowledge of assessment and analytical process and practices. 11. Skill in strategic planning. 12. Skill in researching, compiling, and analyzing data to report findings and develop improvement solutions. 13. Skill in application administration and hosting across a wide range of solutions 14.
