Job Title Technical Systems Analyst Location Baltimore MD Duration 6 months /Contract To Hire JOB DESCRIPTION ONLY USC, GC,H4- EAD and GC EAD LinkedIn ID Candidate ONLY from MD, VA and DC only Remote Now + onsite 2x per week in Jan 2024/ Possible Technical Systems Analyst (Infrastructure and IT operations focused) Must Have exp - Experience: 8+ years as a Technical Analysts - Knowledge of architecture, application development, data structure and analysis techniques and methods., Expert - Must have outstanding communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team-based environment, working with cross functional IT teams, and be able to coordinate and lead technical discussions/meetings (critically important) - Broad technology background in infrastructure related technologies. Ability Coordinate infrastructure upgrades/updates/patches with IT Ops Teams (ex: WebSphere, AIX, Oracle, Linux, MQ, Unix, Windows, etc..) - Record and track IP, DNS, Hostname, SSL Certificate, and other technical details in documentation. - Manage the change requests and track its completion with team members. Ensure statuses are updated in tracking system (ServiceNow) - Create, Store, and Track Documents in SharePoint/MS Teams. - Host meetings with stakeholders to intake, track status, and understand new technical requests. - Update planned outage event calendar with upcoming activities. - Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document change processes.
