Ideally this person has worked in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Requirements: Previous experience with Oracle Cloud Implementations Proven experience with Oracle technologies, especially the Oracle SOAR Data Migration tool. Strong data analysis and data mapping skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Project management skills and experience a plus. Oracle certifications in data migration or related areas preferred. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients and project managers to define data migration requirements, objectives, and scope. Develop comprehensive data migration plans, including data mapping and transformation strategies. Leverage your expertise in the Oracle SOAR Data Migration tool to streamline the data migration process. Configure and customize the tool to meet specific project requirements. Perform data analysis to assess the quality, completeness, and consistency of source data. Identify and address data quality issues to ensure accurate migration. Create data mapping documents and define data transformation rules. Implement data transformations to ensure data compatibility with target systems. Document data migration processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the data migration project. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data migration, and provide timely support to ensure project deadlines are met. Stay updated on the latest Oracle technologies and data migration best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements.
