You will lead and mentor multiple teams across different locations, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the e-commerce/retail domain. This role requires a deep understanding of data engineering and analytics technologies, project management expertise, and a passion for the retail industry. Roles and Responsibilities include * Lead and inspire geographically distributed data engineering and data analytics teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. * Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data engineering and data analytics projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. * Utilize your proficiency in Data Engineering and Analytics technologies to guide technical decision-making. * Effectively communicate project status, challenges, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. * Leverage your expertise in e-commerce/retail to drive data-driven insights and strategies. * Manage resource allocation, budgets, and timelines to optimize project delivery. Required: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * Proven experience in program management of data engineering and data analytics projects, preferably in the e-commerce/retail sector. * Recent project/program implementation experience in Data Engineering or Analytics is mandatory (at least 1-2 years) * Proficiency in SQL, Python, Glue, Airflow, Fivetran, RedShift, dbt, Tableau, and ThoughtSpot is a plus * Strong leadership and team-building skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Project management certification (PMP, Agile, or similar) is a plus. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
