http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=731581&uid= From: Arun, KPG [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello Hope you are doing well Please share an updated resume [email protected] Position Title : Vendor Management Analyst Job Location : (Remote) Duration : 6 Months+ Interviews : Video Vendor management function is coming under Mike Feudner and moving from Aslam to Mike Would support other people on Mikes team that would lead and own relationship with Tier 1+ vendors These people would support QBRs and performance score carding and issue tracking Vendor performance side of the work People they work closely with keep track of the TLAs, vendor management advisor VMA would own relationship-VMC would support the VMAs Best practice as they go to market with vendor management Successful in the role needs to have done this in the past and understand what a QBR means Someone who is organized and strong communicator, self starter and responsive Doesnt need to be enterprise-level experience-at least 1 year of experience in vendor management needed Primary time-zone is 8am-5pm CST would need to be available New operating model and new role-want to have likely one other team member in the interview 30-45 minutes for an interview Other resources that are focused on contracts-this role is focused on vendor performance and tracking performance and scorecards SOW and technology vendors as well-software/hardware Change requests could encompass anything but dont think they will push forward a change request in SNOW using ITIL process This is more documentation focused position Field a question from an IT leader for a change in resource Data will come from a variety of platforms-not one specific tool Somebody who is a self starter will be successful-this is HUGE-good at organization and strong communicator Works closely with business partners to assist in managing the Tier 1 IT vendor portfolio. Partner and collaborate with business partners, and internal S&P staff to obtain and understand vendor requirements and strategy. Monitor IT Tier 1 vendor performance analytics to identify areas of opportunity and assure compliance with internal policies and contract requirements. Partner with Vendor Management Advisor and IT business partners to triage supplier-related questions or concerns and track through resolution. Active liaison between internal staff and suppliers on identifying and resolving problems and developing solutions. Maintain tracking and oversight of issues through resolution, including any applicable action plans. Identify areas of opportunity through vendor audits, tracking vendor issues, and monitoring SLA performance. Analyzes vendor trends to proactively assess opportunities for improvement. Collect data to develop vendor scorecards and track performance. Work directly with vendors on areas needing resolution and monitor ongoing progress through regular status meetings. Provide status to direct business leaders and internal staff. Participate in the sourcing and procurement process including contract renewals for Tier 1 IT vendors. Coordinates change requests and vendor documentation for Tier 1 IT vendors and ensures that all relevant parties have completed and approved their accountable tasks.
