In this role, you will partner closely with our internal Business Technology group and global Support teams to maintain and enhance our customer support systems and tools largely powered by Salesforce.com. We need a self-starter who can learn quickly, drive deliverables, and take pride in ensuring that the customer and analyst experience is kept at the forefront at all times. Key Areas of Responsibilities & Skillsets: Write and manage Customer Support requirements and user stories for prioritized roadmap initiatives. Identify opportunities for technology improvements that lead to best in class customer service. Document and track dependencies related to assigned projects. Ensure the delivery of business requirements documentation, user story readiness, backlog grooming & refinement, user acceptance testing, and functional documentation for assigned initiatives. Troubleshoot and triage reported system issues and work with business technology to drive viable solutions and facilitate resolution of issues. Outstanding communications skills including written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal. Qualifications: Must have business or systems analysis experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent in business or technology field. Basic Salesforce Certifications preferred. Jira & Confluence experience a plus. Looking to get projects done on the back half of the year. Write business requirements. Open to candidates in Pleasanton, Atlanta, or Austin Help write requirements and help trouble shoot system issues. Technical writing driving support improvements Exp. From an Admin role with Salesforce. Exp. In a customer service type role Exp. Writing business cases and technical Really looking for a person who is a strategic writer. Leaning more towards someone that is strong with technical writing and business process requirements. Service clous exp. Would be very helpful. Would need to be in one of the 3 offices 50% of the time. If in Pleasanton they do have a weekly meeting on Tuesdays.
