Management of defects, follow-up until closure Strong verbal and written communication skills, including delivery of presentations Proven success working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical and strategic deliverables to meet release time lines Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong collaboration/co-ordination skills with multiple groups involving Development, QA, Business, Management, DevOps and Production Support Self-motivated individual that possesses strong time management and organizational skills Ability to quickly learn new tools Exposure and experience in build and deployment activities of Native Apps ( IOS and Android ) Preferred : Demonstrated Experience in Native Apps with Speed to Market projects Ability to think strategically about technical direction and engineering practices. Ability to not only understand new technologies but also their impact to banking and online sales. Either prior familiarity or ability to quickly learn banking processes, and support of banking products.
