Job Title : Java Production Support Location : St. Louis, MO(Hybrid) Duration : Long Term Job Description : Job Purpose and primary objectives: Support critical Java applications in production. Good exposure to Unix, SQL scripting Understanding of Java / JVM. Framework/Java/J2EE/Spring/Springboot based applications. Experience in building Logging, Monitoring and Alerting requirements like Splunk, Dynatrace etc. Prior knowledge of Payment and Cards domain (Auth and clearing) will be considered an advantage. Foundational ITIL knowledge. Specialization in Service Operations. Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): Support critical Java applications Respond to production incidents. Manage Splunk dashboard. It is expected that the selected associate will be part of a team. Key Skills/Knowledge: Support critical Java applications in production.
