Provide support to enable the super users to become Self-sufficient in the system operations. Provide guidance to support & address End user queries. Supporting Super user in other Project deliverables Data Collection exercises User Acceptance Testing Data Validation Data Cleansing queries Cut Over tasks & Hypercare activities Work closely with the Core Solution Team for functional topics.
