Reports to: BRM for Supply Chain She prefers someone with experience working with CPG retail customers and in the pharma space. Summary: We are looking for a short-term Technical Project Manager to join our team and help us manage a variety of support-related initiatives, enhancements, and stabilization projects in the Oracle space. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience with ERP systems and change management, as this client just migrated to Oracle Cloud in the last 3 months. Responsibilities: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of support-related initiatives, enhancements, and stabilization projects Work with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources Track progress and identify and mitigate risks Communicate regularly with stakeholders and keep them updated on project status Ensure that all documentation is completed and up-to-date Deploy new enhancements to interfaces within our 3PL system Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects Experience with ERP systems, specifically Oracle Cloud EDI Experience Familiarity with change management principles and practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic Expectations: Hit the ground running and quickly ramp up on our team's projects and processes Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Work closely with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met Keep project documentation up-to-date Be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Be willing to work onsite 2 days/week Additional Information: This is a short-term contract position, ending at the end of the year. Potential for role to continue into a full time role down the road, but not guarantees.
