Candidate would be a great individual contributor but relish working as a team player in a highly collaborative, modern agile implementation environment. Candidate will leverage their government financial accounting, procurement, or budgeting experience, but is unafraid to learn new tools and solutions to hone their craft and improve how they can make our clients successful. The successful candidate will maintain objectivity and the highest levels of integrity while balancing the diverse needs, perspectives, and opinions of our clients and teams; building a safe learning environment based on mutual respect and trust. Candidate will apply a holistic and systemic approach to improve ERP performance for our clients through root cause analysis, with a focus on qualitative and quantitative data gathering and analysis. Your future duties and responsibilities: The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to adapt to changing project environments, be a standout colleague and have proficiency in Advantage, CGIs built for government ERP solution. The successful candidate will have strong analytical thinking with great client-facing oral and written communication skills that will be applied to help understand, document, assess, recommend, and implement approaches to help our state and local government and education clients successfully implement new, modern systems to improve their business processes. Successful candidate will interact with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts and will engage in high-level strategies and use strategy models to determine direction. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability in the following: Highly self-motivated Proactive communicator and collaborator with excellent written and verbal communication skills Team oriented and ability to work in a virtual team environment Ability to work under deadline pressure Customer service oriented Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously Ability to facilitate, present, develop, analyze, and problem solve Ability to coordinate and lead peer review sessions Ability to be a liaison between business units, tech teams, and support teams Ability to develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language Ability to collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs Ability to collaborate with client about root causes, and provide organized and detailed methods of solution implementation Ability to elicit requirements through interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, deconstruct high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying needs Ability to work independently with users to define concepts, as well as work under direction of project managers Ability to interpret and translate the business case analysis and client requirements into design documents Ability to document future state with good general knowledge of Advantage ERP Ability to navigate both the transaction details of client process and help build workflows Ability to collect and analyze client data and mentor, influence, and recommend changes that will improve organizational efficiency and decrease costs Ability to present suggestions via written reports or oral presentations and can drive and challenge business units on their assumptions; while creating and supporting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and psychological safety that still allows the organization to own the process and results Abilities in the following analysis practices current and future state analysis, current and future state modeling, stakeholder analysis, maintain requirements, functional analysis, change management, assist entities in meeting objectives and goals Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Implementation experience with ERP systems, specifically with CGI Advantage. Implementation knowledge of CGI Advantage includes configuration, setup (e.g., chart of accounts, budget, event types, pay events etc.) to help government clients get the most out of their ERP. Understanding of IT technologies as enablers for helping our clients leverage those technologies to improve their decision making (e.g., data analytics) and their business processes (e.g., using ERP and other solutions to improve productivity and efficiency).
