Proven experience in Ruby programming language and Ruby on Rails framework. Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns. Proficiency in using databases and SQL. Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerization (e.g., Docker) is beneficial. Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control, code reviews, and testing methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
