We have a urgent requirement for PeopleSoft Financials Consultant position with our client. Role: PeopleSoft Financials Consultant Location: Albany, New York Duration: 30 Months Description As part of modernization the finance system , the existing finance functionality in WCB is migrated to Statewide Financial System(SFS) and existing system is downsized to an interface system . The CISHPAIC2PCMSystem or CHIPS is an interface system developed on PeopleTools. This software collects information from internal units and convert it into SFS specified format. It also collects information from SFS and post it to internal units as per the requirement. This resource will be working on the enhancements required for CHIPS system and also administer the current application and archived application and the other board initiatives. The resource will be working on migrating the CHIPS database from Sybase to SQL server Duties Duties include but are not limited to the following: Perform as a PeopleSoft technical analyst, who can perform functional tasks. Provide production support including issue resolution in a timely manner. Perform PeopleSoft system administration Communicate with users to gather requirements for projects and enhancements to the production system. Create Functional specifications for the requirements. Perform functional analysis and estimates for enhancement requests. Perform complete lifecycle testing and document the system changes. Perform tuning for slow running processes. Monitor batch processes and resolve the issues. Mandatory Requirements Experience (8+ Years) Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer. Requirements This is an 100% Onsite 84 months experience in Sybase 15 or higher databases. This includes designing Tables, Triggers, Stored Procedures and writing SQL. 84 months of experience in developing PeopleSoft FSCM functional specifications, system test scenarios, scripts, data and reviewing test results. 60 months experience in developing custom applications using PeopleTools 8.54 60 months of technical experience with SQR development 36 months experience in configuring and administering PeopleTools servers using PSADMIN. 36 months experience in building interfaces to a Statewide Financial System 36 months of experience in writing scripts using MoveIT Central and administering accounts on MoveIT DMZ server.
