Job Title : Mid-Level UX Researcher Employment Type : Contract Location : New York, NY Job Description * 3-5 years UX research experience. * Willingness to run studies from end-to-end (you'll be responsible for every single step, from recruiting participants to sharing insights). * Experience implementing a range of methodologies, both qualitative (e.g., moderated, unmoderated etc,.) and quantitative (e.g., A/B or multivariate testing, card sorting, survey design etc,.) * A persuasive and compelling presentation style and ability to clearly communicate research insights. * Familiarity with tools like Figma, UserZoom, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Usability Hub, and Enjoy HQ preferred. * Experience in financial services, or a large corporate environment preferred. * Willingness to help the team, ask a lot of questions, and collaborate * The ability to adapt, pivot, and roll with the punches Bachelors Degree Preferred Referrals appreciated and welcomed.
