The ideal candidate should excel in understanding complex challenges of Global Financial Planning and Reporting, utilizing system capabilities to meet those needs. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital FP&A and Reporting, you will support the operation of Oracle EPM Cloud and contribute to executing the platforms roadmap within the dynamic global landscape Moderna operates in. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by FP&A users, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze reported issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions. Provide expert guidance and support to FP&A users regarding Oracle EPM Cloud. Execute system administration activities, including user access management, security configuration, and system performance optimization. Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, implementing necessary enhancements for optimal functionality. Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EPM Cloud features and functionalities, evaluating their potential impact on the organization and recommending appropriate adoption strategies. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including troubleshooting guides, user manuals, and system configuration documentation. Collaborate with Digital teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle EPM Cloud with other systems and applications. Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Oracle EPM Cloud. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering with 8+ years working with Oracle EPM Cloud (Hyperion). 8+ years of experience with Financial Planning activities (Budget, LEs, LRP). Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Solid knowledge of Management Financial Statements, BOD, Flux Analysis, and Financial Reporting. Strong understanding of Financial Planning requirements associated with Revenue, Opex, Workforce, Allocations, Assessments, and Capex. Proven experience as an Oracle EPM Cloud Analyst or similar role, with a focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution. Strong understanding of Financial Planning and Analysis processes and methodologies. In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud, including Hyperion Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, and Profitability and Cost Management. Proficiency in executing system administration activities, such as user access management, security configuration, and performance optimization. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to users. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with system integration and testing is preferred.
