Will need to be in office from Day 1 Must have 8+ Years of experience. Job Description: The positions require good experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Accounting Business. They are expected to manage P&C Insurance data, generate reports, reconcile GL, Forex. The client team uses MS Dynamics 365 F&O Finance modules, but its knowledge is not mandatory. Assist in the monthly, quarterly and annual book close cycles, monitoring timely completion and escalating issues for resolution. Creates complex financial statement schedules, audit support schedules and other reports in a timely manner. Prepare, reconcile and analysis balance sheet, Statutory analytics development Schedule P, loss roll forward and tie out controls/documentations. Understands how data flows through the financial systems to the accounting function in order to identify issues and take action to address them. Accurately and efficiently performs accounting activities of increasing complexity. Establishes, documents and performs internal control procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Continually assesses the business value and efficiency of the work performed, making suggestions for improvements and collaborating with others in implementing them. Must demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to achieve results. Must be able to communicate effectively with teammates and others, leading meetings and interacting with increasingly higher levels of management to gather information and effectively present results/recommendations.
