Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the Technical team and the Business team in an Agile development process Responsible for enacting Scrum values and practices including training team members on the agile methodology and best practices Guards and shields the team from distractions and interruptions from external interferences Enables close cooperation across all roles and functions Promote and participate in the continuous improvement of structure, processes, tooling to enable the teams to deliver more value Organize and facilitate standups, release and sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and drive those from concept to implementation Engineer a project with an eye towards rapid iteration and creative problem solving Strong problem-solving skills Escalate issues when required Provide status updates as warranted Demonstrate ability to effectively work on multiple assignments, activities or projects as required Demonstrate ability to effectively work on large, complex projects spanning multiple applications Dedicated to exemplary customer service Ability to effectively communicate with various levels within all departments of the organization and facilitate meetings with a business and a technical audience Business process and technical writing experience Problem solving and troubleshooting skills Strong interpersonal skills and an effective communication style Demonstrated deep experience with software application lifecycle methods, processes, and tools Proven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships. Qualifications: 5+ years working as a Scrum Master/Project Manager Certified Scrum Master (CSM) 4+ years working with Power BI and/or Tableau Experience with data engineering teams (Business Intelligence, data warehouse, etc) Excellent oral and written communication skills Bachelor s degree in Business or Computer Science REGARDS.
