So the candidate has to be a Cisco pro They will also be required to answer very detailed and specific questions from my account manager later on in the process regarding real-life experience on projects with major code upgrade, End-of-Life of migration, and firewall cleanup/rule compliance projects. So if they are BSing or being deceptive, it will be obvious. So they need to have specific project examples. Must Have/Top Skill Sets: Cisco FTD Must (Real World Experience), Cisco ASA, and Checkpoint Firewalls Firewall upgrade, RMA, migration, or refresh experience Extensive Checkpoint firewall experience and be able to do major code upgrades to Checkpoints. Senior level Routing and Switching. Must be able to help with incidents and outages. Migrating Cisco firewall platforms to another Cisco Next Gen product or FTDs. Ideally ASA or Checkpoint to Cisco Firepower. Working on migrating ASA (end of life) to Firepower-FTD Next-Gen Firewalls Experience migrating Checkpoints (end of life) to Firepower-FTD Next-Gen Firewalls Certified minimum CCNP and CISSP or higher Network Security tools Tufin, Algosec, Firemon, Cisco Orchestrator. Compliance, Rules compliance, mediation, and firewall cleanups Firewall Compliance experience and how to follow industry best practices to support additional Overly Permissive or Compliance Project.
