This resource will work with the process teams to understand reporting business requirements and develop Sap S4 technical requirements for the solution. Hundreds of Functional Design Specifications are expected to be received from the process teams and will need to be translated to technical specs to enable solution builds. Job Duties Review, advise, and manage 300 reports & analytics that need to be developed by the Deloitte Mach One team. Review reporting solution decisions across all Mach One workstreams. Drive decisioning of business requirements and functional specifications ensuring that optimal IT development principles and plans are executed against for ~300+ reporting solutions. Solve complex problems by designing technology solutions and testing integration of software in these designs for correct functionality. Lead for the design, development, implementation, training and support of the WestRock Mach One SAP S/4 Reporting and analytics (R & A) solutions. HOW YOU WILL ASSIST THE TEAM : While Deloitte will support the work, there needs to be at least one WestRock resource to lead the translation of the hundreds of expected Functional Design Specs into technical documents to support builds. Without this role, WestRock will NOT have an experienced SAP S4 IT technical reporting and analytics resource who can successfully lead the design, development, implementation and support the MachOne SAP S4 reporting and analytics solutions. And this will put the MachOne project at risk to NOT be successful implementing the business transformation reporting and analytics solutions in SAP S4. It will also leave WestRock without this in-house expertise at the end of the project. What you need to succeed: Minimum 5 years experience in leading development support or developing SAP S4 HANA Reporting design, implementation, delivery and support and experience. Experience in reporting solutions for SAP modules: Order To Cash, SAP-Sales and Distribution, Finance and Controlling, Order Management, Logistics and Supply Chain. Detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independently. Must have Experience in the following tools: SAP S4 HANA SAP FIORI SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) SAP Analysis for Office Qlikview or Qlik Cloud SAP Data Services Other Skills Experience with master data and transactional data for reporting Experience with data ETL and profiling/cleansing Particularly good skills in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting issues for reporting Should have work experience in onsite/offshore model in terms of delivery Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required Strong written and verbal communication skills Nice to have skills & Credentials Proven team leadership, mentoring, and project management skills. Previous supervisor and/or leadership experience desired Good academic record Education Qualifications Bachelors Degree with 5+ years of experience Additional Note: Work location is onsite at Westrock office Monday to Thursday.
