http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=703705&uid= From: James Smith, Rivago Infotech [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Tech Program Manager Location: Dallas, TX Remote (in office once a while) Contract JD: Technical Program Manager/Scrum Master Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in Technical Program Management in ETL & Data Warehousing programs Should have experience in interacting and engaging at C-Suite level Should have excellent leadership & communication skills Should have in depth knowledge on SAFE, Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodologies Should have managed and led daily scrum and weekly sprints through Azure Dev Ops (ADO) Should have executed atleast 2 Azure Cloud Data Warehousing projects Should have worked atleast 4 projects using Agile/SAFe methodology Should have led Monthly Program Governance and Quarterly Business Reviews with client C-Suite level Should have demonstrated working knowledge on ITIL V4 concepts such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management & Knowledge Management Should have in depth understanding on Data Warehousing, Data Analysis, Data Profiling, Data Quality & Data Mapping Should have worked on programs with data sources such as SAP and Salesforce Should have cross global location experience and led a team of atleast 30+ members in a global delivery model across onshore, nearshore and offshore Should have experience in working with product managers, project managers, business users, applications development team members, DBA teams and Data Governance team on a daily basis to analyze requirements, design, development and deployment technical solutions Responsibilities: Participate in JAD, workshops and/or business requirements sessions to understand, capture and detail program requirements Engage with business and technology stakeholders to translate high level requirements into Functional EPICs and to user stories & tasks Define and implement program strategy, vision and roadmap Run Sprint Planning meetings to collaborate and define the sprint goals Manage the ADO board to write user stories and tasks and lead daily scrum calls Lead the biweekly sprints to achieve and track sprint goals Define, track and publish sprint metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness Align team goals towards achieving sprint goals Implement process and tool improvements to achieve efficiencies and demonstrate such improvements across biweekly sprints Publish and lead Weekly Status Reports, Monthly Governance and Quarterly Business Reviews Identify and resolve team conflicts Lead review sessions for technical deliverables like design documents, data model, data architecture, implementation documents, etc Plan and drive biweekly deployments and overall program implementation Identify, frame and resolve risks, issues, dependenc Keywords: cprogramm Texas http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=703705&uid= |
