Job Title : Cisco Secure Workload Consultant Project Location: - Remote Duration : 06 months Contract Job Details Position: Cisco Secure Workload Consultant Position Description: This internal hiring profile is intended to guide our recruitment efforts for a Cisco Secure Workload Consultant with specialized knowledge in microsegmentation. The selected candidate will be an integral part of our team, focusing on architecting and implementing security solutions utilizing Cisco Secure Workload (formerly Tetration) to enhance our is a critical requirement for this role. Responsibilities: 1. Microsegmentation Expertise: Possess advanced knowledge and practical experience in designing, implementing, and managing microsegmentation strategies. Expertise in Cisco Secure Workload (Tetration) and its microsegmentation capabilities. Offer microsegmentation best practices and guidance to clients and internal teams. 2. Security Consultation: Assess vulnerabilities. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific security requirements and objectives. Develop customized security solutions using Cisco Secure Workload and microsegmentation. 3. Cisco Secure Workload Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of Cisco Secure Workload solutions. Set up and optimize microsegmentation policies based on client needs. Ensure seamless integration of Cisco Secure Workload with existing infrastructure. 4. Policy Development: Define security policies, access controls, and segmentation rules. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of policies and configurations. 5. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for Cisco Secure Workload deployments. Address and resolve complex security and microsegmentation issues. 6. Security Awareness and Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams on Cisco Secure Workload and microsegmentation concepts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Security, etc.). Master's degree is a plus. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Security certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Proven experience in designing and implementing security solutions with Cisco Secure Workload, including microsegmentation. Strong understanding of network security principles, including firewall technologies, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and threat intelligence. Proficiency in scripting and automation for security tasks (e.g., Python, Ansible) is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective internal collaboration and documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex security challenges. Additional Information: This position may require occasional travel to client sites as needed but will be primarily remote. The consultant will closely collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver effective security solutions and support ongoing initiatives.
