Skills & Qualifications: Deep IBM Mainframe z/OS knowledge with hands-on coding. Experience in Mainframe Transformation (re-platforming/refactoring). Familiarity with transformation tools. Strong communication skills. Proficiency in OS/VS COBOL, COBOL II, and COBOL 6.2. Experience with VSAM/FLAT/GDG file systems. Understanding of JCL/TSO/ISPF and job scheduling (Control-M is a plus). Knowledge of DB2 (Oracle is a plus). RPG II experience is beneficial. Familiarity with ETL, file transmissions, NDM is a plus.
