Position Overview: As an SAP S/4HANA Sourcing Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the SAP S/4HANA system to support sourcing operations in the area indirect procurement. Your role involves configuring and maintaining sourcing modules, policy workflows, vendor management, integrating with accounts payable and invoice processing, ensuring 2-way and 3-way matching, reporting on sourcing compliance, and conducting spend analysis. You will act as a liaison between the procurement and IT departments, ensuring that the SAP S/4HANA system aligns with the organization's sourcing goals and policies. Position is expected to engage with business and analyze and delineate requirements, draft and review function specifications, configure SAP S4HANA systems for functional area, engage with development teams, plan and execute testing and eventually deploy and support the functionality in production. Provide guidance and support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and facilitate training when necessary. required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Sourcing Analyst with a focus on SAP S/4HANA. In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA sourcing modules and relevant configuration skills. Experience with Divestiture, Merger and Acquisition Experience with Global rollouts Strong understanding of procurement policies, vendor management, and procurement compliance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between procurement and IT. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. In this role, you will be instrumental in aligning the SAP S/4HANA system with the organization's sourcing processes, enhancing efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. You will facilitate better decision-making by providing data-driven insights and enabling the procurement team to optimize vendor relationships and sourcing strategies.
