If you're interested in applying for this position please send me your updated resume Job Title :ServiceNow Business Analyst Duration:Contract Location:Dallas, TX (Local --- Remote) Job Description C&T is responding to the Texas Workforce Commissions ServiceNow maintenance and support project. This ServiceNow maintenance and support project will include data access restriction, daily operations, and development services in an agile, flexible environment that will transition ServiceNow Application Maintenance and Support Services without loss of data or interruption of services to TWC staff. TWC provides a Self-Service Portal and ticketing system to manage service/support needs of TWC. The Self-Service Portal has a service catalog with seventeen (17) departmental service categories and over two hundred (200) catalog items supporting approximately five thousand (5,000) employees and contractors collectively referred to in this solicitation and associated documents as staff. The TWC IT Service Management (ITSM) team is comprised of three (3) Business Analysts responsible for the TWC Self-Service Portal and the ticket management system. This team oversees and directs/coordinates all the ServiceNow support, development, and maintenance activities. All Self-Service Portal and ticketing system incidents, service requests, and enhancement requests are submitted by TWC staff and assigned to the TWC ITSM team. This team resolves incidents, fulfills requests and, if needed, submits a request for the developers to implement configuration changes.
