Requirements Technical PM to lead day-to-day implementation, program set up and launch of 2 large technical programs, Transunion and Affiliate Marketing Liaison between stakeholders (internal) and agency/vendor (external) partners Day-to-day contact responsible for project management, stakeholder coordination, data procurement, resource identification, and facilitation of the governance process needed to drive solution adoption and requirement compliance across the organization Facilitate any outstanding contract signatures, risk reviews, and vendor onboarding with internal stakeholders Project manage all aspects of implementations Provide detailed roadmaps with timing and milestones Identify data relationship lead(s) and data owners, or delegate responsibility for their roles to the appropriate subject matter expert(s) Ensure timely report out of status updates, net steps and blockers to internal and external stakeholders (frequency determined by Marketing) Intervene if prompted, or escalate to the ultimate project champion, or effectively delegate responsibility for intervention, when delivery is delayed, and milestones and deliverables are at risk Review and approve any deliverables in conjunction with stakeholders and route through Compliance Lead all conversations and meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners (Mediahub, Transunion/Neustar, Impact.com, Matterkind) Coordinate with Marketing Cross Channel Analytics, and vendors, to implement required pixels and tagging Coordinate with Marketing & ISD to source data reports required for program success Lead all Implementation efforts working with the Transunion/Neustar, Mediahub & internal stakeholders Day-to-day resource responsible for representing the needs/interests of Marketing, project management, phase gate sign-off, and serving as an escalation point for delivery risks Drive the launch effort Single point of contact responsible for project management, stakeholder coordination, data procurement, resource identification, and facilitation of the governance process needed to drive solution adoption and requirement compliance across the organization Lead all internal conversation follow-ups between Marketing, Procurement, ISD, and etc. to facilitate contract signature (if not already done), risk reviews, and implementation Lead all external conversations with Mediahub & Transunion/Neustar Following-up with stakeholder teams to implement launch, documenting notes & next steps for teams Coordinating meetings internally (Marketing, Procurement, & ISD) and externally (Mediahub, NFCU, Transunion) Intervene if prompted by the TU team, or escalate to the ultimate project champion, or effectively delegate responsibility for intervention, when delivery is delayed, and milestones and deliverables are at risk Review and approve any TU deliverables in conjunction with stakeholders Identify data relationship lead(s) and data owners, or delegate responsibility for their roles to the appropriate subject matter expert(s) Responsible for the operational implementation of Impact.com & overall program setup Day-to-day resource representing the needs/interests of Marketing, project management, coordination between internal and external partners, and serving as an escalation point for delivery risks.
