Position: AWS Cloud Administrator / Cloud Administrator / Cloud Infrastructure Admin No of Positions: 03 Work Location: Raritan, NJ ( Onsite from Day-1 & Locals only) Duration: Long Term Contract Client: HCL Required Skills: AWS Administration, RedShift, RDS, SQL, Python, R Shiny or Power Apps, Support, Testing etc. Job Description : Key Skills: AWS Administration, RedShift, RDS, SQL, Python, R Shiny or Power Apps, Support, Testing etc. Roles and Responsibilities: AWS experience. Experience on cloud computing system used by our Data Scientists / Engineers in building AI/ML model. Python (and experience in setting up automated workflows). SQL; RedShift/RDS and commonly used DB systems. Experience in software development (in building simple/medium complexity tools to automate process or bring better user experience) e.g. Power Apps, R Shiny etc. Management of tickets and requests that come into the ServiceNow application in relation to data and technologies assigned. This includes assessment, identification, resolution, and escalation of issues to internal technical teams or 3rd party vendors. System monitoring Capable of setting up tailor-made system monitoring (using custom scripts/tools) and alerts to proactively notify the support team and the stakeholders of system issue. Issue replication and preventing reoccurrence. Formulate the right business problems in collaboration with the business and create necessary workflows and plans for assigned technologies and tools. Data extraction and uploads and automation. User account management. Ability to work in a technical support environment (L1/L2). Participate in User acceptance scripting and testing.
