As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Salesforce ecosystem to drive efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor & degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred). Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is highly desirable. Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, enterprise-level Salesforce projects. Strong understanding of FSC preferably with implementation experience In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integration tools. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in the financial services industry or knowledge of investment banking processes is a plus. Key Responsibilities: 1. Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and architect scalable, robust, and sustainable Salesforce solutions that align with industry best practices and bank standards. 2. Technical Leadership: advisory to a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance and expertise to ensure the successful execution of projects and adherence to coding standards. 3. Integration: Design and oversee integration strategies, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems such as core data platforms and data warehouses. 4. Governance and Compliance: Develop and enforce data security and compliance standards within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring regulatory requirements are met. 5. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the Salesforce platform for performance, scalability, and reliability. 6. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for Salesforce solutions, including architecture diagrams and configuration settings. 7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance professionals, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. 8. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in our Salesforce ecosystem.
