As a Linux/Unix Resource, you will be responsible for supporting critical platforms such as Hyper-V, Oracle Linux, and OLVM. Your expertise in these areas will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of our mission-critical workloads. Qualifications: Manage and maintain Linux and Unix systems, including HPUX, AIX, Oracle Linux, Red Hat, and Ubuntu. Provide support and troubleshooting for critical platforms, including Hyper-V, VMWare, OLVM (Oracle hypervisor), and storage management Extensive experience in managing and supporting Linux/Unix systems, especially Oracle Linux. Proficiency in critical platforms such as HyperV, VMWare, and OLVM. Knowledge of additional Linux distributions like Red Hat and Ubuntu. Familiarity with Windows systems and experience in a mixed Linux/Unix and Windows environment. Strong understanding of storage management principles and practices. Proven track record in providing guidance on best practices and standards for system stability and reliability. Experience in platform modernization efforts and technical debt reduction. Familiarity with automation tools and methodologies is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
