Contract Duration: 12 months Contract-to-Hire

Location: Remote but candidates must reside in DMV area with ability to interview in person for final round and attend 1X/month on-site meetings

Visa Restrictions:
USC, GC, GC-EAD, and H4-EAD with at least 2 years left on the EAD

Max C2C Rate:

$50/hour on C2C (cannot exceed this rate)

Top 3 Must Have Skills:

3+ years of business analysis experience with 1+ year of healthcare payer experience and an understanding of healthcare payer terminology

Hands-on experience working with Salesforce as an end-user and understanding of Salesforce user interface with the ability to navigate throughout a Salesforce based application

Salesforce Business Analyst will support the upcoming integration of Conversational AI capabilities

into a Salesforce based customer service platform. They will also be responsible for documenting

conversational AI requirements.

What Youll Get to Do:

Interpret business needs and issues by gathering, eliciting, creating, analyzing, documenting,

and validating the Business areas user and/or technical (functional/non-functional)

requirements.

Collaborate in the creation of project plans to define, organize, and schedule requirements

management and development activities.

Facilitate requirements analysis and verification sessions.

Participate in the tracking and management of open issues and assists in planning for resolution.

Participate in development sessions and design reviews to ensure design meets requirements.

Be responsible for the overall success of user acceptance testing, including documentation,

verification, and release.

Implement practices and procedures for end user test plans. Identifies and documents gaps in

requirement adherence or system deficiencies/defects and coordinates appropriate action

through issue resolution.

Lead in creating formal communication to be delivered to relevant stakeholders.

Provide guidance and training to application end users.

Identify, document, and troubleshoot problems utilizing acquired experience and knowledge of

the relationships in systems, software, and processes.

Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to monitor, report, and resolve issues.

Participate in the development of solutions and workarounds that solve moderate to high

complexity technical, system and/or business issues.

Review, analyze, and create documentation of systems, processes, software, and user needs.

Be responsible for the written documentation of requirements in accordance with established

standards, in a clear and well organized manner.

Develop and/or collaborate in key project and requirement deliverables for projects of

moderate to high complexity.

Monitor and report status to identify and mitigate risks and ensure timely deliverables.

Coordinate assigned projects from concept through implementation.

Prioritize and manage new work requests.

Answer policy-related questions for business processes, systems and software which require

research and consultation with others internally and externally.

Youll Bring these Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing, or other

analytical experience (additional 4 years of experience may be substituted for degree).

3+ years of business analysis experience

1+ year of healthcare payer experience and an understanding of healthcare payer terminology

Hands-on experience working with Salesforce as an end-user.

Understanding of Salesforce user interface with the ability to navigate throughout a Salesforce

based application.

Experience working with Confluence and/or Jira in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Hands-on experience documenting requirements for the integration of conversational AI

functionality (any conversational AI Platform would suffice) highly preferred.

Prior experience supporting the Blue Cross Blue Shield ecosystem desired.

Prior experience with FEP Direct desired.

Prior TriZetto Facets experience desired.

Experience with 835 -Payment / remittance (post adjudication voucher) desired.

Experience with 834 Benefit enrollment and 837 - Health care claim EDI transactions desired.
