You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive technical excellence, and provide architectural oversight to ensure successful implementation of OSI solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Leadership: - Lead a team of engineers and developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support throughout project lifecycles. - Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical strategies, requirements, and deliverables. 2. Solution Design and Architecture: - Design and architect complex solutions using OSI technologies, aligning them with client requirements and best practices. - Provide hands-on expertise in areas such as SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), Energy Management Systems (EMS), Distribution Management Systems (DMS), and more. 3. Development and Implementation: - Drive the development and implementation of OSI-based solutions, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines. - Code, review code, and provide technical guidance to team members to achieve high-quality software development. 4. Technical Expertise: - Maintain a deep understanding of OSI software products, frameworks, and integration points to provide accurate technical direction. - Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in OSI solutions. 5. Collaboration and Communication: - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, testing, and operations, to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery. - Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 6. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: - Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges and issues that may arise during development and implementation. - Provide innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement. 7. Project Management: - Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and task assignments to ensure successful project execution. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address roadblocks. 8. Documentation: - Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and implementation guidelines. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in technical leadership roles, including leading software development projects. Strong expertise in OSI technologies, such as SCADA, EMS, DMS, or related systems. Hands-on experience with software development and programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python). Familiarity with utility industry standards and regulations is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in complex technical scenarios. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Project management experience and familiarity with agile methodologies.
