This individual must be someone whom would have a deep business background working with SAP across multiple processes (i.e. Order to Cash, Record to Report, Make to Stock, Plan to Store, etc.). Must have have a solid SAP Project experience focused on helping business workstream leads with their process respective areas into SAP S/4 HANA processes. Needs to be able to set direction and manage the business resources. This person will work closely with the IT lead who is accountable for all the IT workstreams and will be expected to bridge the gap between IT, business, and S/4. Must Haves : specifically the food industry, client wants a Delivery Lead who has a background on the business side, no. SAP Project management experience Project and application mgmt. delivery leadership experience Must have core understanding of SAP functionality across all process areas Strong SAP global solution architecture Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven experience and thought leadership Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong business facing & presentation skills Achievement-orientated, creative thinker, entrepreneurial spirit, and enthusiastic Open-minded, strong in communication Self-motivated, ability to pick things up quickly.
