Primary skills: 6+ years of Software Development Experience Hands on experience in IFS MWS (Mobile Workforce Management) By Clevest, an IFS Company (previously called Clevest Workspace & Workbook) product configuration work using Genesis Tool development kit Excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills. Excellent Problem-Solving skills. Excellent Written and Spoken communications skills. Good to have skills in integration of IFS MWM with IFS PSO (Planning, Scheduling and Optimization), which is also a IFS product. Good to have Experience in Utilities domain Responsibilities: As a Technical Specialist, you would be involved in the following: Understanding of requirements from Product Owners/Architects Analyze, Configure, test, deploy and support mobile workforce solutions in complex technical environments Define, Design and implement Enterprise solution to enable product capabilities as per the Business needs. Configure and implement Single Sign-On systems. Familiar with the SAML protocol, SSO, External Logon, APIs, and web technologies and services. Automate and optimize field work activities or process to improve response time and effectiveness. Create comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts, ensure thorough coverage of testing product functionality as per requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve product issues found in System Integration Testing and Customer deployments. Identify, Document and prioritize defects, collaborating closely with development teams to facilitate prompt resolution and ensure optimal software performance. Well-versed in agile development methodologies, actively participating in agile ceremonies, collaborate with team and contribute to iterative development of Features for efficient product delivery. Exceptional communication skills to effectively work with enterprise customers of varying technical aptitudes.
