Mandatory Skills:

Telecom domain, Tableau and Splunk

Job description:

5+ years of relevant work experience within Performance Engineering and Data Analytics
Hands on experience with Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau, Splunk, and ThoughtSpot, and python(recommended but not required)
Experience managing wireless broadband projects with Strong knowledge of RAN & home network equipment (routers/wifi).
Foundational knowledge in Data Analytics and ability to manipulate data into meaningful actions
Experience monitoring and tracking key performance KPIs using various tools and dashboard..
Ability to manage several different projects and work streams at the same time effectively.
Be comfortable with holding accountable timeliness across the Business.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Day-to-Day

Daily monitoring and tracking key performance KPIs using various tools and dashboard.
Ability to understand and evaluate a complex technical problem and present solutions.
Report and escalate any anomalies and track them to closure.
Perform data analysis to identify root causes for issues and/ or explain trends/ patterns.
Ability to work well independently as well as effectively with diverse business teams and vendors to implement solutions.
Comfortable to speak across various levels of leadership in order to convey complex ideas in an easy-to-understand way.

Visualize data through several Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau, Splunk, and ThoughtSpot, and python(recommended but not required) with ability to concisely package
data insights into Executive presentations, supported by key visualizations.

Participate in technical troubleshooting calls, capture issues, compare with known issues and data insights and contribute to the resolution of the issue.
