Build a framework within MS PowerApps Portal to enable self-service case management, including opening and reviewing cases, appending notes and attachments. Define connectivity to Dataverse including, for example: defining connectors (e.g., SQL, Synapse, etc.) define queries required, identify analytical tools needed, automate processes and so on. Define requirements around Power Virtual Agent chatbot, OpenAI and similar to deliver services and support users. Define the required data cleanup. Take responsibility to ensure a fully documented solution. Minimum Resource Requirements Required 3 years - Experience integrating Power to Azure DEVOPS, CI/CD, Power APP, Pipelines, third-party systems, etc. 5 Years - Experience writing Epics, Features and User Stories 5 years - Experience on Azure, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, etc. 5 Years - Proficiency in PowerApps (with exceptional experience in Portal and Automate), Integrations, Virtual Agent, OpenAI, Dataverse, etc. 7 Years - Knowledge of SQL database structure 7 Years - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 7 Years - Excellent verbal and written communication skills 7 Years - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7 Years - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
