Kindly go through the below job description and share me your consultants updated profile: Job Description - Title:- FSCM Oracle Cloud Project Manager Location: Remote with up to 50% travel to various locations including, St. Louis, MO, Indianapolis, IN, and more Duration: 12 months Contract w/ possibility to extend thru Transformation Completion MOI: Skype Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Requirements: 5 or more years managing Oracle Cloud implementation projects preferred, other cloud ERP implementation experience will be considered Healthcare ERP implementation experience Superior written and communication skills including ability to facilitate sessions related to workstream if necessary Experience using Smartsheet and Google applications Experience working with third party consulting partners Experience leading large projects preferably in Healthcare Experience in Finance, Supply Chain project management strongly preferred Understanding of full life cycle project delivery methodology including stakeholder and risk practices Ability to work in fast paced environment with constant changes Bachelor's degree in a related subject to business, healthcare, information technology Ability to manage and collaborate with an offshore delivery arm of the overall project team, for both functional and technical delivery tasks. Ability to drive innovation and support the team in thinking outside the box in looking to future state Experience with organizational change management Skills in influence, and relationship management are valuable Develop project goals, objectives and schedule to align with defined business strategy. Define and ensure resources are assigned to meet project goals. Develop, track and document all aspects of the project. Define project budget and monitor and adjust plan as resource requirements change. Communicate and document project quality and progress metrics. Address and resolve project issues to ensure project remains on track. Job Description: Engage with team members to include business resources, consultants and support staff to develop work plans, update status and prepare communications. Prepare weekly status reports for team and executive level audiences. Manage all scope, risk and issue items to ensure timely resolution. Develop and manage project schedules. Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements.
