http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=672846&uid= From: Devansh Singh Sengar, Source Infotech [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello folks, Hope you all are doing great, Please check the given below Job description, Position : Business Systems Analyst Location : Remote Duration : 12+ Month Contract Visa : USC/GC and H4 EAD only MOI : phone then Skype MUST HAVE: Pharma/CRO experience Agile, hybrid and waterfall experience Experience with integrations and related documentation (e.g., Source to Target Mapping, Functional Specifications) Must be fully vaccinated Minimum Requirement Good understanding of system development life cycle and requirements methodology Good understanding of requirement gathering methodologies, for example waterfall, Agile, Spiral, JAD sessions, as well as best practice Ability to write traditional requirements Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria Good understanding of different requirement types such as Business, User, Functional, and non- Functional Ability to write specifications for complex systems Good MS Office skills Ability to estimate level of effort for large sized projects Good business skills including the following: documentation, presentation, interpersonal, and communication Strong problem solving and analytical skills Strong planning and organizational skills Ability to interact with relational databases at an intermediate level Additional skills Financial experience a potential, too. Prefer candidate who has experience with data integrations and proven ability to develop related specifications and source to target mapping. Ability to perform data analysis and back-end mapping preferred. Understanding of database structures and ability to write SQL. Experience with CTMS, specifically Veeva, and other clinical systems preferred. Experience with data migrations beneficial.
