Position : SAP HCM FUNCTIONAL IT CONSULTANT Remote 6 Months SCOPE OF WORK: SMUD needs an SAP ERP HCM expert with in depth functional and technical knowledge of SAP PA, OM, ECC Benefits, ESS, MSS, HCM interfaces/integrations from/to SAP ERP, Reporting, Benefit Focus, Cornerstone(Halogen/Saba) Performance and Goals, Infinite Recruiting(BrassRing), Success Factors EC. Individual subtasks will be assigned to the consultant on an as needed basis by the task manager. The consultant will work on a time and materials basis. Tasks are expected to be intermittent and will need to be completed within mutually agreed timelines. Tasks will include, but are not limited to: 1. Gather business requirements; develop presentations and prototypes to illustrate solution options; followed by detailed design, development, testing, implementation, and stabilization of end-to-end solutions 2. Analysis and development of functional specifications and interfaces/integrations to wide variety of applications working closely with developers 3. Identifying and tracing data flow to/from SAP ERP HCM table structures and infotypes to map data to/from Success Factors EC and other systems; interfaces; such as with HR mini master and extension of Mini master 4. Analyzing current benefit integrations and designing new benefit integrations 5. Configure Systems to meet functional design 6. Document all configuration and testing 7. Develop training materials and deliver training and knowledge transfer to functional analysts and SME's 8. Patching and Upgrades Testing Mandatory Requirements At least 5 years of experience supporting SAP HCM modules and best of breed Talent Management solution and interfaces At least 3 years of recent experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and SuccessFactors EC. Must have detailed configuration experience and knowledge of SAP HCM modules master and transaction data components. Must have strong analytical skills and experienced with executing functional/technical testing Must have experience with all phases of a project lifecycle including business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, process development and production support Must have experience working closely with dynamic HCM rules, regulations and policy changes and enabling technology to meet business requirements. Excellent communication skills. Technical Requirements Resource must be flexible with a varied workload based on task requirements.
