Develop robust and scalable backend systems to handle user interactions, data processing, and integration with external services. Implement cutting-edge conversational design principles, ensuring an engaging and user-friendly experience. Architect and implement chatbot solutions that leverage fine-tuning of language models for specific tasks and domains. Qualifications: Proven experience (3+ years) in designing and developing chatbots or conversational agents, with a focus on leveraging large language models (GPT-3, GPT-4, etc.). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or similar, along with experience in web frameworks and RESTful API development. Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts, sentiment analysis, intent recognition, and dialogue management. Experience with Databricks or similar platforms. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems (Git).
