Working on certificate (Venify) building, converting, validating and renewing on all the technologies in every environment. Handling patching of WebSphere, IHS, Apache, Jboss, IIS in different environment. Migration of WAS, IHS, Apache, Jboss, IIS in all environments. Setting up the DR environment and troubleshooting the same. Working DR activity. Deploying the .war and .ear files on both standalone and clustered environment in WebSphere Application Server instances. Creating/Modifying Scripts in the areas of deployment, Application URL working Status, Daily FileNet usages, Server Available space Monitoring Alert, Instance down Outage alert, Daily Health check report of server, Errors Report on logs, Heap dump and thread dump creation and deletion, Log rotation and deletion using Power scripting/Jython. Performing troubleshooting on LDAP server connectivity issue, DB connectivity issue, etc. Providing extensive support in war/ear files deploy, change management, configured application specific JVM settings changes and application-level troubleshooting for UAT, disaster recovery & Production environment for multiple applications integrated with WebSphere, IHS, Apache, Jboss, IIS on all OS. Used Heap analyzer, thread analyzer for dumps, and notify the App team on memory leak issues for preventive measure. Troubleshooting the deployment issues related to WAS environment and providing resolution. Configuring database connection pools and data sources and JDBC in WebSphere. Updating SSL certificates through WAS console and console. Enabling/Disabling SSO. Creating JNDI, Data sources, JDBC via console. Creating JMS connection with MQ. Upgrading fix pack to middleware support servers to mitigate vulnerabilities. Troubleshooting production issues related to Hung threads, Memory & CPU issues and all app team requests. Respond to IT incidents, service requests and implementation of change received from business and internal application teams using SERVICE NOW. Analyzing and understanding the requirements and restrictions of the clients and following the best possible ways to meet and avoid the same.
