Experience with designing Payroll Equity Integrations. Experience with design GL Integrations in relation to Payroll Experience with Payroll processes and functional designs Proficient and experienced in SAP e-Time solution Experience with designing time integrations and writing functional design documents and data mapping To primarily facilitate all the payroll process side in terms of integrations as there are other downstream applications like benefits, equity, Finance (GL) , HRMS Workday and others where integrations will flow from and into ADP. Ability to map the user requirements. Good verbal and written communication skills. Lead the onsite and offshore team Fluent in English with excellent communication skills To be a part of AS IS & TO BE discussions, identifying the requirements & convert those into user stories/Functional design documents, working with the developer teams from other vendors to have them build end to end solutions, system testing/integration testing, etc. Responsible for managing / wiring in all those integrations with ADP identifying requirements for those integrations, Documenting those requirements, Prepare Functional designs, working with the relevant vendor teams to realize those integration solutions and deliver) Analyze new business requirements and changes to existing functionalities (small and medium size projects) Maintain and support the specific SAP Payroll solutions towards the J&J affiliates Key Users (2nd & 3rd Line support) Document user requirements (URS) Translate the user requirements into functional and technical design, application configuration and testing scenario s Documenting all aspects of the system (e.g., URS, process flows, functional specifications, technical design, application configuration, test scenario s, etc.) according to internal procedures Thanks and Regards, Sanjana Technical Recruiter : +1 904-587-1235 : [email protected] 465 Grant Logan DR, St Johns, FL Keywords: Florida New Jersey http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=670437&uid= |
