Role : Workday EIB Analyst

Location : 100% Remote

Duration : 1 year

Candidates Must Have:

Workday EIB experience

Strong focus with Workday EIB and loading bulk data.

Ability to create and run custom reports for auditing.

Transaction ability, audit controls, BAU

Workday EIB Analyst

Global HR Workday EIB Analyst, you will play a key role to ensure the functional readiness of Workday solution for Global Job Architecture (GJA), before it become available to all employees, by performing and administering a series of tests and evaluations
that identify any potential issues, with the solution.

About Project: GJA is a foundational framework that will help organize all jobs across Johnson & Johnson into defined functions, tracks, and levels, which will be key to delivering an improved experience that provides clearer development pathways for our employees,
and better positions our company to attract, develop, and retain the best and most diverse talent for the new Johnson & Johnson.

Requirements:

Strong focus with Workday EIB and loading bulk data.

management and facilitation skill; capability to resolve complex problems with minimum confusion, frustration, and inconveniences for all parties concerned.
