Need 3-5 yrs Experience Python Developer who can work from Chicago, IL

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Design and architect Python applications that are scalable, maintainable, and robust.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python.

Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal performance of applications.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Python development.

Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

3-5 years of experience in Python development, with a proven track record of designing and building successful applications.

Experience in a lead developer role.

Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or others.

Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integration with back-end services.

Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.

Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
