Masters Degree (MSN) in Nursing, Public Health (MPH), or related field preferred 5 years of Project/Team Management/Team Lead experience Experience leading a team of epidemiologists, as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong ability to proficiently use software programs (Microsoft Office Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook) and statistical analysis software and programming languages. Ten years of SAS coding experience. Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities. Ability to develop analytic plans and public facing reports Ability to translate and operationalize data requests into actionable/programmable tasks Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in completing assigned duties and responsibilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare clear, concise and timely reports. Ability to effectively communicate with staff, community partners, and the general public in a manner that is courteous, professional and supports public health objectives.
