Act as a project manager and business analyst for key voice application programs. Work with business owners, other technology teams, and vendors to plan and deliver large projects impacting voice applications. Lead the effort to define the strategy, scope, benefits, impacted groups, and timelines for key voice application projects. Manage the timeline, risks, issues, and overall delivery for key projects. Provide timely and detailed program status to senior business and technology leadership. Lead the effort to define the requirements and designs for key initiatives. Lead the effort to define baseline metrics and KPIs for large projects. Research, analysis, and document costs required to deliver new projects. Meet with regularly with business owners and other key stakeholders to review project status. Delegate project tasks to team members based on individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term projects.
