Job description:

Note Need skill matrix along with the years of experience in all below areas. You can send your old submissions as well with skill matrix with below JD

            Certified SPC with 15+ years of overall experience

            7+ years of Agile Coaching experience

            3+years of related experience being a Program level coach and/or RTE

            3+ Years of Trainer in running SAFe class

            5+ years of experience at team level as SM or PO or PM

            Knowledge of different Agile techniques Design Thinking, DEVSECOPS, SRE, different Priortisation techniques

            Experience in APM Tools like Jira, Jira Align, Rally

            Experience around facilitation tools like Miro, Mural etc

            Experience coaching in distributed Agile delivery environments.

            Certification from ICAgile, PMI, ScrumAlliance

            Relevant Diagnostics Experience

            Relevant OKR experience
