Minimum of 12  15 years experience
Kronos Lead/ProjectManagementexperience working with multiple teams composed of members from client, internal and other external vendors, and partners.
Knowledge of working and implementing UKG/Kronos Workforce Timekeeper 8.1 (and/or ADP) is required.
Experience leading large-scale software implementation globally. (UKG/Kronos implementation experience preferred but other Time & Labor software experience will be considered)
Knowledge of working and implementing Workforce Dimensions and/or Dell Boomi for Dimensions is a plus.
Experience implementing Accruals, Advanced Scheduling & Attendance modules while not essential will be strong value add. Understanding of how these applications work together from a technical and functional point of view.
Experience with teams utilizing onshore and offshore resources while not essential will be an advantage.
Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams from Finance, HR, IT, ChangeManagementand other functional teams.
Experience working at all levels within a client organization
A consensus builder with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and resources on aproject.
Ability to convince clients by identifying risks ahead and communicating them in a timely manner.
Ability to manage client expectations and mitigating risks for the benefit of theproject.
Ability to understand and communicate both technically as well as from a business perspective.
Must be able to develop, manage and maintainprojectplans.
Open to travel as needed
