Creating a site map for each new project, including site structure, navigation, and content hierarchy Providing technical support to clients regarding their website Conducting usability tests to determine how easy a site is to use for different types of visitors. Managing the development process by working with programmers, designers, and other team members Comfortable presenting his/her ideas and solutions to other architects and product teams.
