SAP Business One Administrator Contract: C2H, after 6 months W2 longterm Location: US, Remote (candidates from East Coast strongly preferred) Experience: 6+ years as SAP B1 Administrator Experience in Administration, Configuration and Support Visa: USC or GConly Open to travel once in 3 months to DC, VA or MD Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred Mandatory Skills SAP B1 Administration, Configuration and Support experience Experience with MS SQL Report generation and data analysis Business Process automation experience. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day SAP B1 operations and server infrastructure supporting a multi-site ~500 end users SAP B1 environment. Install and maintain SAP software databases, add-ons and supporting manufacturing systems. Execute all SAP operational tasks and provide technical support for the entire SAP B1 environment. Manage and create SAP queries and reports. Create and maintain queries and reports using MS SQL Server, PowerBI and Crystal Reports. Create and manage user accounts; generate and manage SAP roles and profiles. Provides consultation to functional users and management with respect to automated systems, business process optimization as well as system development and integration. Conduct user training sessions of all SAP B1 Modules (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain Fixed Assets, Production, etc.). Perform setup/configuration, object transports, troubleshooting, error handling, performance tuning, and problem resolution. Schedule, perform, and oversee backups and restorations of SAP file systems. Create, test, and plan disaster recovery for SAP servers. Schedule, monitor, and manage background jobs in for company-specific databases. Manage 3rd party supplier support infrastructure. Plan and manage annual SAP B1 operating budget.
